    What a fabulous time!!!

Hello--Wednesday's are wind down Wednesday's. All the pizza and wine you want for $17.

You had me at bottomless wine. Stopped in after a hard day at work and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely location. Park at the metro center so you can just walk over.

Large and diverse menu with a great selection. Everything price wise is less than $20 each which is an amazing price for the quality food.

Highly recommend this spot for a great drink. My sour was just lovely. Wicked weed passion lychee. Come on by!

    Brunch Review!
    For a buffet, you can't beat $15.
The selection was pretty awesome, though I would've love to see more fresh fruit/non fried options. The biscuits were nice and soft and the chicken tenders were the bomb! The French toast was subpar and had been sitting for a while. The Mac & Cheese was different, not bad, but different. Service was good and we were seated quickly. I don't know if I'll partake during the school year because the $15 unlimited mimosas means this place will be PACKED.

Decided to try a new place for date night with the husband, which brought us to 1801 Grille on Lincoln.  We were sat right away on an early Sunday evening.

The venue is located close to the USC campus.  The atmosphere felt rustic but clean and classy.  Framed black & white USC photos line the walls to the restrooms.  The servers all wore blue jeans and white & blue plaid button downs.  You can watch the chefs prepare the American-cuisine meals from behind the counter that stands along the edges of the indoor seating area.  Mouth watering desserts are displayed under glass cake domes on the outer edge of the counter.

Our server was extremely attentive and helpful.  We started with a couple beers, the fried oysters, and the skillet baked smoked Gouda with marinara sauce.  The fried oysters were light and crunchy; they paired nicely with the tangy remoulade dip.  I could probably eat them all day long.  The baked smoked Gouda bites were heavy and made for a nice novelty appetizer for cheese lovers.

My husband had the 1801 Melt which he claims he absolutely loved, and I believe it considering he cleaned his plate.  I had the Hanger steak with house chips, cooked rare.  The flavor was delectable, but the slices were a bit thin.  This made for easy chewing, but I do like my steak to have a good bite to it.

We finished with the cheesecake drizzled in chocolate syrup served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.  Overall a pretty decent dinner for a lovely date night.

My brother in law and I went for dinner after thFlorida game. There was a crowd, but we had no problem getting seats at the bar to watch later games. We ordered from the restaurant week menu, which looked good. We both wanted the onion soup to start, but they were out and substituted mushroom soup, which we found to be inedible. I had the meatloaf, which was just OK, but far inferior to Mr Friendly meatloaf.
The decor is great and servitude good, but the food is so so at best!

Everyone loves 1801 Grille! Such an amazing location and atmosphere. If you have never been, get in there soon. The food is bomb shell. The number one thing that sets this restaurant apart from the rest is there mini museum or art gallery. The drink menu is over the top and some of the best bar tenders in town. Parking is excellent and there is plenty to do in the area. My service was absolutely exceptional! Very kind and outstanding hospitality. This restaurant gives me and upscale southern feel!
